Conversion Stories
Conversion stories are The Gospel at work The Word tells us, "So then
faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God". Romans
10:17. "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my Word,
and believeth on him that sent me, hath ever- lasting life, and shall not
come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life." John
5:24. We know then that the lost must hear The Word of God to be
saved.
Testimonies
"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of
love, and of a sound mind. Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony
of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions
of the Gospel according to the power of God;". II
Timothy 1:7,8.
"When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired
in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed)
in that day". II Thessalonians 1:10.
"And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of
speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God. For I determined
not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.
And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling. And
my speech and my preaching [was] not with enticing words of man's wisdom,
but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: That your faith should
not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God." I
Corinthians 2:1-5.
Stories Needed
As a born-again believer, I need your Conversion stories and testimonies
to place here for others to see. The length of testimonies is unimportant
but should remain in the few minute to read category. I urge that clear
color photos are sent by either e-mail or snail- mail for inclusion with
your testimony. Also, as you think about what to write, please remember
the above verses and know that without the inclusion of Holy Scripture,
your testimony or conversion story has no power to save. Without included
Holy Scripture, others who read it may see changes and may become curious,
but Romans 10:17 and John 5:24 apply and conversion of the lost cannot
be evoked without them hearing the WORD.
