Salvation Is Forever
101 Scriptures on Eternal Security
The doctrine of Eternal Security is the biblical assurance that once we become God's children by faith in Christ, nothing can sever that relationship. We are "secure" in our salvation--eternally.

Unfortunately, many verses in the Bible have been mistakenly interpreted to mean that we can lose our salvation--that, although we are saved by faith, we can become "unsaved" by our works. This, of course, would only stem from a false teaching that salvation, also, was of works.

The Bible must be read as a whole; we must compare Scripture with Scripture. And the overwhelming evidence from God's Word tells us that God saves us and God keeps us, in spite of our conduct. Below is a list of 101 Scripture verses on Eternal Security. May they serve to give you and others you know the assurance that your faith rests in an Almighty Saviour. And may we as a result of this knowledge live thankful and obedient lives.
